MEDICAL RECORDS REQUEST
Kansas Medical Clinic has partnered with HealthMark Group to ensure the accurate and timely completion of medical record requests. HealthMark is a trusted partner that specializes in facilitating medical record release and keeping your personal health information safe.
How do I request my records?
Requests may be submitted electronically through HealthMark’s Request Manager at https://requestmanager.healthmark-group.com. If this is your first time using this platform, enter your email to get the process started. Once logged in, select “Submit Request” from the menu options and complete all required fields to authorize HealthMark to process your request. You will receive a notification by email once your medical records are complete and available for download.
How long does it take to process requests?
Records can be available for download in as few as 8 business hours! However, some records may be subject to physician approval and can take up to 5 business days. If it has been more than 5 days since you made your request, please reach out to HealthMark.
