Kansas City native Dr. Anderson completed medical school at Northwestern University and finished his specialty training in Dermatology at the Cleveland Clinic. He returned to Kansas City and joined KMC in 2013. He is certified by the American Board of Dermatology. Dr. Anderson covers multiple areas of dermatology across all ages, including the following areas of treatment: Cosmetic Dermatology, Botox Injections, Fillers, Skin Cancer, Psoriasis, Atopic Dermatitis, Acne, Rosacea, and Dermatologic Surgery.
Fun Facts: "I have no real hobbies besides being a dad and gardening. If I am not in the office, you will find me either outside playing with my kids, at one of their games or practices, or working with them in my garden."
Kyle Anderson, MD

Ms. Engelken joined the KMC team in the summer of 2015. She started her Dermatology career in 2003 and is a Dermatology Certified Nurse Practitioner. Ms. Engelken completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Mennonite College of Nursing at Illinois State University. She is a 2003 graduate of Wichita State University with a Master of Science in Nursing. She enjoys helping people of all ages and stages of life with their skin. From the infant with eczema to the teenager with acne to the middle-aged with signs of aging, to the elderly with skin cancer. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and Dermatology Nurses Association NP Society.
Fun Facts: "My kids are all 7 years apart. I enjoy working out, jogging/walking, gardening-this year I am trying a raised bed garden. We just got chickens!"

Kelcie Strecker, PA

Ms. Strecker graduated from Wichita State University in Physician Assistant Studies in 2013. She is an active volunteer in the community and a Fellow Member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and current President of Kansas Academy of Physician Assistants. Ms. Strecker specializes in melanoma, skin cancer removal, multiple other skin conditions, and Botox and Filler injections. You can see her in Topeka or Lawrence.
Fun Facts: "My favorite vacation spot is in Florida on the gulf (yes I wear sunscreen).
I enjoy working out and being outside with my five-year-old. Doing garden/flower work in my yard is something I enjoy during the spring and summer. I am passionate about physician assistant advocacy and am on the Kansas Academy of Physician Assistants for our state and also am on the board for the new PA program at KSU."

Mr. Glass graduated from Wichita State University with his Masters of Physician Assistant in 2014 and has been board certified in Missouri since 2015. He has extensive experience as a Physician Assistant in many areas including Family Practice, Rural Medicine, Emergency Medicine, and Dermatology with an emphasis on preventative care and patient education.
In addition to treating patients with acute and chronic dermatological conditions, Mr. Glass is trained in general dermatology, surgical wound closures, the administration of Superficial Radiation Therapy, and clinical trials. He is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Society for Dermatology Physician Assistants.

Ms. Horner graduated with honors from The University of Nebraska with a Masters of Physician Assistant Studies in 1995. She is board-certified, licensed in both Kansas and Missouri.
Ms. Horner has vast experience as a Physician Assistant in many areas including Family Practice and Cardiology. She has spent the last 10 years in Dermatology, with an emphasis on preventative care and patient education. In addition to treating patients with acute and chronic dermatological conditions, Ms. Horner is trained in excisions of moles and small skin cancers, as well as surgical closures and the administration of Superficial Radiation Therapy. Ms. Horner is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Society for Dermatologic Physician Assistants.
Ms. Horner enjoys working with patients to develop an individualized treatment plan in order to realistically achieve their beauty and skin care goals. She has been an aesthetic injector of neuromodulators and fillers for 8 years. Her medical and aesthetic experience complement each other to address her patient’s skin care and anti-aging concerns.
Fun Facts: I love travel (beach is my jam), dogs, and hanging out with my family (almost an empty nester with 1 of 5 boys still at home).

Ms. Floyd is a family nurse practitioner board-certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She graduated from the University of Kansas Medical Center with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice and has over a decade of nursing experience in a variety of settings, including 6 years as an Army Nurse.
Ms. Floyd completed a dermatology fellowship with KMC and is now seeing patients in Mission and Lawrence. She is thrilled to be caring for others in dermatology, and particularly enjoys preventative care and working with children. Ms. Floyd strives to provide the highest quality care while focusing on making her patients comfortable and well informed throughout their treatment.
