Daren Fomin, DO

Dr. Fomin was born into a military family and grew up all over the world. He went to undergrad school at the University of Arkansas where he met his beautiful wife. He then graduated Cum Laude from the Campbell University School of Osteopathic Medicine in North Carolina. Dr. Fomin completed his dermatology residency at the world-renowned Walter Reed Military Medical Center outside of Washington, D.C., where he served as chief resident. He is widely published in the area of nutrition and skin disease, and has a particular interest in the ketogenic diet and health. Dr. Fomin has been invited to numerous schools and national/international medical conferences to lecture on his areas of expertise. He also has strong interests and expertise in surgical and cosmetic dermatology.
When not helping patients look and feel better, Dr. Fomin is often found training for powerlifting, shooting and combat sports, trekking the outdoors with his wife and four children, or serving in his local church.
Ms. Hargitt-Pelkey was born in Oberlin, Kansas, and completed her undergraduate degree at Fort Hays State University. She received her graduate degree from Chamberlain University and will also complete her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) in October 2021 through Chamberlain University. Ms. Hargitt-Pelkey is specialty trained in dermatology and dermatologic surgery from her fellowship program with KMC. She is pleased to call Emporia home.
Lacy is married and has four wonderful children, two with two legs and two with four legs.
They are a proud service family for over 20 years and are happy to return to Kansas.
