Dr. Albahhar completed his medical internship at George Washington University in D.C.; Dermatology residency at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York where he served as chief resident during his last year; and Dermatopathology Fellowship at University of Miami Jackson Memorial Hospital. He is glad to have joined the Manhattan community with his wife and children. Dr. Albahhar diagnoses and treats all ages for all dermatological concerns and is a board-certified Mohs micrographic surgeon.

Dr. Fomin was born into a military family and grew up all over the world. He went to undergrad school at the University of Arkansas where he met his beautiful wife. He then graduated Cum Laude from the Campbell University School of Osteopathic Medicine in North Carolina. Dr. Fomin completed his dermatology residency at the world-renowned Walter Reed Military Medical Center outside of Washington, D.C., where he served as chief resident. He is widely published in the area of nutrition and skin disease, and has a particular interest in the ketogenic diet and health. Dr. Fomin has been invited to numerous schools and national/international medical conferences to lecture on his areas of expertise. He also has strong interests and expertise in surgical and cosmetic dermatology.
When not helping patients look and feel better, Dr. Fomin is often found training for powerlifting, shooting and combat sports, trekking the outdoors with his wife and four children, or serving in his local church.

Ms. Engelken joined the KMC team in the summer of 2015. She started her Dermatology career in 2003 and is a Dermatology Certified Nurse Practitioner. Ms. Engelken completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Mennonite College of Nursing at Illinois State University. She is a 2003 graduate of Wichita State University with a Master of Science in Nursing. She enjoys helping people of all ages and stages of life with their skin. From the infant with eczema to the teenager with acne to the middle-aged with signs of aging, to the elderly with skin cancer. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and Dermatology Nurses Association NP Society.
Fun Facts: "My kids are all 7 years apart. I enjoy working out, jogging/walking, gardening-this year I am trying a raised bed garden. We just got chickens!"
