When explaining the processes, I feel like she’s speaking to me as she would a member of her family, thoroughly explaining the pros and cons in a genuine and honest way. I scheduled an appointment for the Independence office and was immediately greeted by Sammi. I cannot explain how helpful she was with the paperwork and how comforting and reassuring she made me feel as I was nervous about the visit. Amber took me back to my room and could not have been nicer as she took my vitals and we talked about my concerns. Amanda was amazing as she explained some pre-cancerous conditions on my forehead. She treated them with liquid nitrogen and helped me understand what I needed to do in the future to prevent outbreaks. As I left, Sammi once again greeted me with a smile and scheduled my appointment for a year out. As somebody who has a family history of skin cancer, I finally feel like I have found a home. More importantly, I now understand the steps I need to take to prevent it from happening to me and the importance of yearly checkups.

I met with Ashley Ball for my first laser hair removal session and OMG, she is the BEST!!! I was very nervous going into the appointment and she calmed my nerves. My unwanted hair has made me super anxious and she reassured me that I was not alone and that she was certain she could help me get rid of it, forever! I absolutely recommend anyone who is apprehensive to ask for Ashley and she will take care of you! I cannot say enough good things about her.

KMC Dermatology has the friendliest, bubbly, caring, and amazing staff. The second you walk in Raquel greets you with the biggest smile and makes you feel right at home. Caliee then takes you to a room and eases all your apprehensions. She is so friendly and explains everything so well, it just eases your nerves. She is so positive and beyond d helpful, you can tell she loves her job.. Then when the doc (Paul) comes in you just know you're in good hands. His bedside manner is very apparent. He actually took the time to listen to my concerns and really cared about what I had to say. He was very thorough and explained everything he was going to do before he did it. This office is highly recommended!!!!!

I am taking part in one of the KMC Research Center programs. From the beginning, all staff, Kendra-Alyssa-Susie-Kelly, have been nothing but professional and courteous. Being part of the study I feel valued and respected. Susie and the staff always greet me with a smile are very welcoming. I would not hesitate to participate in the KMC Research Center program. It is very awarding.
