E. Owen Martinez MD E. Owen Martinez, MD

E. Owen Martinez, MD completed his specialty training at the University of New Mexico in General Neurology. He went on to earn additional training for a Clinical Neurophysiology Fellow at the University of New Mexico as well. Dr. Martinez is specialized in reading Electromyography and EEG testing. He also has a strong interest in the treatment of Epilepsy and other seizure disorders. Dr. Martinez has received several honors for his written reports and oral research presentations on various neurological disorders. He is a member of the American Academy of Neurology.

E. Owen Martinez MD Hartej Sethi, MD

Dr. Sethi completed his Neurology residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, AR where he also served as Chief Resident and was awarded Outstanding Resident of the Year in 2010. He went on to complete a fellowship in Vascular Neurology at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine in Miami, FL. Dr. Sethi has special interest in stroke prevention and treatment, carotid artery disease, and vascular headaches.

Laura Welborn

Laura Welborn, APRN-C/NP

Ms. Welborn completed her BS in nursing at Washburn University and her MS in Nursing at the University of Kansas. Prior to working with the physicians at Kansas Medical Clinic she worked as an ARNP in Cardiology at the Cotton O'Neil Clinic. She is also a member of the Kansas State Nurses Association. Ms. Welborn has been with Kansas Medical Clinic with 2001 focusing in the areas of internal medicine and gastroenterology. She completed her certified ARNP in 2000.
